RadialWave may be the closest thing to a hypnotic effect that you can get inside FCP or AE!
We mean hypnotic because using it to focus attention, or for matte creation, or designing cool backgrounds, or to enhance the message of your footage, or just to add that extra "humph" that you are always looking for, is simply and totally addictive.
When you apply RadialWave, the first thing you notice is that it does what it is supposed to do, it irradiates waves of circular lines that you can adjust and control to the slightest possible tweak you may desire.
Roll up your sleeves and encounter the Custom type inside the Main Setup section of the interface.
The Custom type expands your interface and allows you to use a combination of built-in images and secondary images that may function as a matte, increasing the possibilities and looks a hundred times over.
Also, you have the ability to use your own image, in other words, if the combinations found in the RadialWave are not able to achieve what you want, then you can add either animated shapes of your own creation, or still images to both the Main user image as well as to the secondary (matte) image, that virtually make your possibilities as infinite as your creativity.
If that is not addictive, we don't know what is…!
